- "Unlimited": When used in connection with paid plans, means no fixed numerical cap on generations, but remains subject to Fair Usage Policy, system capacity, and reasonable use standards.
- "Promotional Access": Time-limited or feature-limited access offered for marketing, trial, or introductory purposes, with specific restrictions disclosed at point of offer.
- "Generation": A single AI-powered output (e.g., one image, one video edit, one text completion) produced using Wanoza's Services.
- "Credits": Virtual units allocated to your account that enable access to Generations; credits expire according to the terms of your specific plan.
1. Use of Services
This Service is for lawful personal and commercial use only. You are prohibited from:
- Using the service for illegal activities or to generate unlawful content
- Uploading content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
- Interfering with normal operation of the service, including through automated scraping, abuse of APIs, or denial-of-service attacks
- Attempting to bypass usage limits, authentication, or security measures
- Using the service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful
2. Fair Usage Policy & Service Limits
All access to Wanoza Services — including promotional, free, and paid tiers — is subject to our Fair Usage Policy to ensure quality, security, and equitable access for all users.

2.2 Fair Usage Standards
- One-Time Promotional Allocation: Free/Promotional accounts receive a single allocation of 50 image generations OR 20 video generations. These limits do NOT reset monthly or after any time period.
- System Capacity: Access is subject to available server capacity; during high-traffic periods, free-tier users may experience slower processing or temporary queues.
- Concurrent Requests: Limits may apply to simultaneous generation requests per account.
- Commercial Use: Free/promotional tiers are intended for personal, non-commercial evaluation. Commercial usage requires a paid plan.
- Abuse Prevention: Automated scripts, bot usage, or attempts to circumvent limits may result in account suspension without refund.
2.3 Changes to Limits
We reserve the right to adjust usage limits, generation quotas, or tier structures with reasonable notice (typically 7-14 days) via in-app notification or email. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
3. Promotional Offers & Marketing Claims
- All promotional offers (including terms like "Free," "Unlimited," "Beta Access," etc.) are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which override general Terms where inconsistent.
- "Free" access periods are limited in duration, features, and/or usage as explicitly stated during sign-up or promotion.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotional offers at any time, with or without notice.
- Marketing language should be interpreted in conjunction with these Terms. Asterisks (*), footnotes, or linked disclosures indicate additional restrictions.
- If a promotional offer conflicts with these Terms, the more specific promotional terms govern for users who accepted that offer.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content generated using this service remains the property of the user, subject to the following:
- You grant Wanoza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze your generated content solely for the purpose of improving, training, and developing our AI models and Services.
- This license is anonymized: content used for model development is stripped of personally identifiable information and not linked to your account.
- You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload for generation.
5. Billing and Payments
Wanoza operates on a "Monthly Pass" model, which is a pre-paid access plan designed for flexibility.
- No Auto-Renewal: Payments are one-time transactions. We do not store your payment method for automatic recurring charges. You must manually purchase a new pass to continue service after your current pass expires.
- Validity Period: Each pass is valid for 30 days from the moment of purchase. Access to premium features and any associated credits typically expire at the end of this 30-day period unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing for future passes with notice. Existing passes are honored at the price paid.
- Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be calculated and charged at checkout where required by law.
- Refunds: All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before purchasing a pass.
6. Service Availability & Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
- Performance: Generation speed, output quality, and feature availability may vary based on system load, model updates, or account tier.
- Output Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use.
- No Professional Advice: Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for critical decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wanoza and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service
- Data, content, or generation loss due to technical failures, user error, or service interruptions
- System failures, downtime, or delays in content delivery
- Any third-party claims arising from your use of generated content
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wanoza in the 30 days preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have not paid for any Services.
8. Privacy Policy
By using this service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, including:
- The collection of technical data such as IP addresses, device information, and application interactions
- The processing of uploaded image/data content in accordance with our AI privacy guidelines
- Your agreement not to upload content containing sensitive personal information (e.g., faces of non-consenting individuals, personal IDs, confidential documents)

9. User Content Rights & Responsibilities
Content you upload:
- Remains your sole property, subject to the license granted in Section 4
- May be anonymized and aggregated for AI model development, research, and service improvement
- Will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent
- Must not contain: copyrighted material you don't own, private/personal data of others without consent, illegal content, or content violating third-party rights

The use of AI technology in Wanoza adheres to strict privacy and ethical principles, aligned with industry standards:
Model Training with Licensed Data
Our AI models are trained on official, licensed datasets that exclude copyrighted materials, fictional characters, or unlicensed personal data, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
User Data Anonymization
Uploaded content is processed through technical pipelines that remove personally identifiable information. Content used for model development is anonymized and not linked to user identities.
Privacy Rights Protection
- No use of sensitive personal data (e.g., faces, biometrics, identifiable information) without explicit, informed consent.

- Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Unused credits or pass time are generally non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
